We require a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the office fee visit

No show appointments will be charged the full visit fee.

Please keep in mind that this time has been set aside for you and cannot be used for anyone else if you do not give advance notice.

Acute illness, COVID precaution and reasonable emergencies will be exempt from this policy at our discretion.
